BUILDING MIGHTY MIDGET

In May of 2002 Austin Baker and Tim Street sat down whilst on holiday.  Not that they get much of a chance to sit down on holiday but they did actually manage a quiet couple of hours which did enable them to watch a Grand Prix (It was a Sunday after all).

Conversation led to the desire of one of them to try his hand at the old game of racing cars, to which the other responded he used to do this and could help out with a car if required.

What follows is a pictorial story of how the Mighty Midget came into being, it was found on someone's drive - apologies for not knowing your name it didn't seem important at the time.

This is how it all started.

Well the ole thing stripped down fast enough but then we started to put things back on.

Above the new cooling system which as per rules and regs in in the back window!

When we were doing all this it was to wet to take the car outside so sorry the photo is a bit dark - Or did I have a load of oil on me hands?

Finally the view from the drivers seat is fairly good....
